Green Color PTFE Guide Strip – Wear-Resistant Guide Ring for Hydraulic Cylinders and Sealing Systems | Model KXT PG120

Green Color PTFE Guide Strip (Model KXT PG120) is a guide ring that keeps the cylinder bore and piston rod aligned, absorbs vibration and prevents metal-to-metal contact. It is manufactured from a PTFE compound reinforced with copper powder, phenolic cloth and pitch, giving the Green Color PTFE Guide Strip a very low coefficient of friction (≤ 0.04) combined with excellent wear resistance and good dry-running performance. Because the Green Color PTFE Guide Strip is capable of embedding dust, metal chips and wear particles into its own structure, the cylinder wall and the main seal stay clean. This extends the life of both the rod seal and the wiper, especially in environments where conventional guide materials would fail.
