Golden Color PTFE Guide Strip (Model KXT PG120) is a low-friction guide element that keeps the cylinder bore and piston rod aligned, preventing metal-to-metal contact and absorbing vibration. Made from a PTFE compound reinforced with copper powder, phenolic cloth and pitch, the Golden Color PTFE Guide Strip combines a very low coefficient of friction (≤ 0.04) with excellent wear resistance and good dry-running performance.

The Golden Color PTFE Guide Strip also traps foreign bodies — dust, metal chips and wear particles — into its structure, so the cylinder wall and the main seal stay clean. This significantly extends the life of both the rod seal and the wiper.
