A Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheet That Holds Its Shape Under Load
Kaxite Rubber Sheet Reinforced with Cloth is a calendered rubber sheet with one or more woven fabric layers bonded inside the compound. The fabric insertion carries the mechanical load, so the sheet resists stretching, permanent deformation and edge curling far better than a plain rubber sheet of the same hardness. It is supplied as a full roll for in-house punching or as cut strips and pads, and it is used to coin gaskets, seals, anti-vibration pads and lightweight conveyor belts.
Why Buyers Specify This Cloth Inserted Rubber Sheet
Without fabric, a soft rubber sheet creeps under continuous bolt load and the gasket line loses compression. The cloth layer locks the sheet dimensionally, so sealing force stays consistent over the service life.
The reinforced structure punches, dies and shears cleanly. Flange gaskets, washers and pads come out flat and dimensional, reducing scrap on high-speed cutting lines.
Cotton for general sealing, nylon for higher strength, EP and polyester for wet or oil-exposed service, steel or copper wire mesh for the heaviest mechanical loads — selectable on the same order.
Natural rubber, SBR, NBR, neoprene, EPDM, silicone and fluorine rubber compounds can all be supplied in reinforced form, so the chemical and temperature rating is not limited by the insertion.

The most economical option. Suitable for general-purpose gaskets, washers and pads where chemical exposure is mild and mechanical load is moderate.
Higher tensile strength than cotton with better fatigue resistance. Preferred where the sheet is die-cut into repeated shapes or used in dynamic pad applications.
Better wet strength and resistance to oils and mild chemicals than cotton. Common in industrial sealing and light conveyor belt fabrication.
The heaviest mechanical reinforcement. Used where the sheet must resist high bolt loads, edge tearing or mechanical abrasion without failure.
Provides electrical and thermal conductivity alongside the mechanical reinforcement. Used in specialty sealing and electrical insulation interfaces.
Two or three fabric plies for maximum stiffness and dimensional stability. Selected where the sheet is used as a structural separator or heavy-load pad.
