NBR Rubber Sheet
Product Description
Product Detail
Features
1. The NBR rubber sheet, also referred to as nitrile rubber or Buna-N rubber, is a copolymer of butadiene and
acrylonitrile.
2. In addition to its excellent elastic properties, our NBR sheets is resistant to oil, caustics, and aliphatic hydrocarbons,
and is able to withstand temperatures as high as 100℃. Nitrile material is not suitable for contact with solvents or
chlorinated hydrocarbons.
3. This NBR rubber sheet has excellent stretching capabilities and high elasticity.
4. Our oil resistant nitrile rubber sheets are generally available in 50~60 durometers and can be ordered in other
durometers upon request.
Applications
The NBR rubber sheet is applicable in a wide range of industries. With an average elongation of 300% and an average
tensile strength of 1,000PSI (7Mpa), the NBR sheet can accommodate even tough industrial environments and moderate
heavy alkaline and chemical resistive situations.
Its resistance to oil and many chemicals makes NBR rubber sheets ideal materials particularly for the floor and table tops
of machine and auto repair shops. Our acrylonitrile butadiene rubber sheet is a durable material that can withstand rough
usage as in a sand blasting room or shock absorbing pad plant.
