A pumpable blend of high-tech greases, advanced lubricants and modern fibres, designed for on-line replacement of braided gland packing. No cutting required — the sealant conforms to any stuffing box size and fills every crevice, sealing worn or grooved shaft sleeves that braided packing cannot seal reliably. Three colour grades available: IJ900B (Black, -8 to +180°C, 8 bar, 8 m/s, pH 4–13), IJ900W (White, -18 to +200°C, 10 bar, 10 m/s, pH 2–13) and IJ900Y (Yellow, -20 to +230°C, 12 bar, 15 m/s, pH 1–14). Black Injectable Sealant (Model KXT IJ900) is a carefully controlled blend of high-tech greases, advanced lubricants and modern fibres, engineered as a pumpable sealing compound for on-line replacement of traditional braided gland packing. Unlike braided packing, no cutting or precise measurement is required — the Black Injectable Sealant conforms to any stuffing box size and fills every crevice, making it an effective seal even on worn or grooved shaft sleeves.
The Black Injectable Sealant requires no cooling flush water. Running costs from wasted water and lost product are eliminated, and the low friction coefficient means equipment runs cooler, consumes less energy and lasts longer. Kaxite manufactures the Black Injectable Sealant in three colour-coded grades — IJ900B (Black), IJ900W (White) and IJ900Y (Yellow) — so you can match the sealant to your specific temperature, pressure, speed and pH requirements.
