The use of graphite explosion -proof plate is different from the actual metal explosion -proof membrane, which is more likely: 

1. It has good thermal stability within the rated temperature range and allows rapid heating. 

2. No creep or fatigue stress failure in the range of 2500 ° C. 

3. Strong corrosion resistance, except for some strong oxidants, in fact, it is almost not eroded by all corrosive media.  

4. Within a certain temperature range, the blasting speed and accuracy of the graphite explosion board (+5%). It is generally believed that the explosion rate of the graphite explosion plate has nothing to do with the medium temperature and the ambient temperature, because within the operating temperature range, when the temperature changes, its strength is still stable. As temperature rises, the intensity of metal explosion -proof membrane decreases. Therefore, when using a metal explosion -proof membrane, the explosion rate must be specifically calculated for each working temperature range.
